Yes, it is true. our very own Pilipinas Win na Win (PWNW) of ABS-CBN will have it's last episode on December 31, 2010, which is already announced by the ABS-CBN Corporation.

“The ABS-CBN management thanks the Hitmakers, Valerie Concepcion, K Brosas, and Pokwang, the PWNW production group, and most important, its viewers for their support to the program,” said Bong Osorio, ABS-CBN Head of Corporate Communication.

This Hitmakers consist of singers Rey Valera, Nonoy Zuñiga, Marco Sison and Rico J. Puno.

What's up next after this noontime show? 

"Showtime" will occupy the slot to be vacated by PWNW, Osorio said.

"With its extended time, Showtime will continue to bring more fun and hope to the Filipinos worldwide," he added.

PWNW has been plagued by hosts and timeslot changes and low ratings since replacing its top-rating predecessor, "Wowowee."
