Captain Barbel is set to be back again on your television screen on this first quarter of 2011.

Again Richard Gutuirrez will play again his role as the pinoy superhero "Captain Barbell" and its alter-ego Enteng, after playing that role in the 2006 TV adaptation by the Kapuso Network.

Richard has now six leading ladies, the Survivor Celebrity castaways Solenn Heusaff and Michelle Madrigal, former PBB housemate Sam Pinto, Are you the Next Big Star winner Frencheska Farr, Isabel Oli and Biaca King.

Also the Survivor Philippines Celebrity Sole Survivor Akihiro Sato and castaways Jon Hall and Ervic Vijandre will also be part of the series.

So to complete the cast of the Captain Barbel Television Series of the Kapuso Network, also the child wonder Jillian Ward (Trudis Liit) who will play Richard's kid sidekick, Paolo Paraiso, Edu Manzano, Hero Angeles and Christopher de Leon.

Captain Barbel will be directed by Dominic Zapata. So don't dare to miss to watch this upcoming tv series in GMA-7 guys.
